Fri, 1 February 2008  Passing the baton of leadership is an important work in the Church. A lot of churches flounder when it comes to raising up new leaders to carry the vision and mission of the church into the future. If we are intentional about handing off leadership and mentoring the next generation of leaders as they are ready to step up the transition can be beautiful and full of joy.
